Dick is currently the Managing Partner and Principal of Legacy Wealth Management, LLC, located In Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Legacy Wealth Management is an independent comprehensive wealth and asset management firm serving high net worth families, non profit foundations and college endowments.

Dick is a Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ and a registered investment adviser. Dick has presented workshops on "Best practices for Non Profit Investment Committees" and fiduciary issues as related to alternative investments for non profits. Dick has completed the advanced endowment management program given by the Commonfund at the Yale University Business School. Dick has held senior management positions at Alcan, International Paper, and Morgan Stanley.

Dick has been actively involved in local deaf organizations as an officer and past board member of the Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and with Wisconsin School for the Deaf Foundation. Dick has a deaf daughter that graduated from Gallaudet University in 2006.

Dick is a graduate of the University of Illinois, and has done graduate work in business and finance. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served tours in Viet Nam. Dick is an avid racing sailor out of the Milwaukee Yacht Club.
