Tiffany Williams-Granfors, '89, is a noted leader in international sports programs for deaf people and comes to the board with a strong background in business and management, having served at AT&T for eight years in a variety of administrative positions.

Later, she obtained her masters of advanced studies (MAS) degree in sports administration and technology from the International Academy of Sport Science and Technology at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. She also did her internship at the International Olympic Committee under the Olympic Games Department.

Currently, as an executive director for an organization which is the highest governing body for all deaf sports, she oversees the Winter and Summer Deaflympics and World Deaf Championships. She also manages the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf home office, which supports approximately 100 deaf sports federations.
